The Heart Matters….

Yes…it does!  To have to live with my out of wack heart isn’t something I enjoy!  But the good news is, they are FINALLY scheduling surgery in about 4 weeks.  It’s been too long trying to live with this medincine cocktail and that one.  I know they have to exhaust all of their resources, but still.  At the expense of me??  But now, I see the light at the end of the tunnel and with all the prayers and God’s covering, I’m ready!  If you’d like to know more detail, just email me.  There are certain people that read my blog that really have no business knowing the details and I’d rather them not.

School is going well.  I am thankful for all of the parent volunteers!  Each year seems to be different.  One year I can have tons of parents help, then one year, NO ONE!  I have scheduled our first field trip to the Reuben H. Fleet Science CenterThe kids love that place and can’t wait to see an IMAX movie.

Not much else going on.  I’m not sure how homeschooling will go with Olivia this week as we had SO much work last week and spent 5 solid hours doing it.  She also has a skating lesson tomorrow.  Another full day, but I have to say, I just LOVE Sundays!!!!!!!!!!!!  No guilt over not doing anything.  Just doing what God wants, keeping the sabbath holy!  A day of rest!  I like that!

Hi Kacy, oh wow, I will be keeping you in my prayers. You seem so strong when I think you should be scared. You’re such a happy person. I love that about you! I’m glad they are going to take care of you. I pray the surgeon’s hand is guided by God! big hugs

You know I am praying for you sweetie. I pray that the peace of God continues to dwell in you up to and through your surgery and that the surgeons are able to correct that problem completely. Let me know when you have a date set so I can get it on my calendar. Love you chickie! xo

Hi Kacy! I’m very happy for you that the surgery has been scheduled! I hope it’s not major surgery but I guess anything involving the heart would be. My MIL had a pacemaker inserted a month or so ago and she’s doing very well with it now! LOL at Russell’s big coconut head! 😉 About as big as his ego… and WHY? Why would he have an ego about anything? I hope he has a big fall like Humpty Dumpty! (((Hugz)))

Hi Kacy, isn’t the weather great now. I sure hope it stays this way. My AC bill is crazy! Now the weather will be cooler for scrapbooking. How long will you be out when you have your surgery? Take care. Hugs

    Hey sweets,
Well I totally get about time constraints and getting around to visit everyone’s blogs, so I too am thankful for FB where it’s easy to keep up with everyone on a more regular basis, so I tend to do that. Having said that, if you have had your heart surgery already, I didn’t know. How very slack of me. I’m keen to know how you’re doing. Luv ya babe xx

Kacy…you are always in my heart and prayers. I have been so caught up in my own life (drama lol) that I haven’t had the time to stop by to see your blog. Please let me know when your surgery is so I can keep a special prayer for you.

    Hugs, Mel
