Coming Home…

Gosh…we love traveling and visiting new places and even family that lives far away, but something about homecoming, makes the trip all worth while.

It amazing to me just how many people travel at night. You often wonder “Where is their destination?” “Who are they traveling to?” I’m just glad we made it home safe and it was really nice to sleep in our own beds.

I took a picture of my dad, my uncle (his brother) and my aunt while we were there (my dad is in the stripped shirt next to me). It’s been a long time since I saw my Aunt & Uncle. My dad has a huge family of brothers and sisters, so it’s hard to see them all except during Family Reunions and I haven’t been to one of those for 8 years. It was so nice to catch up a little and share a traditional Thanksgiving Dinner.

The kids enjoyed staying there so much. We plan on driving to AZ again sometime soon and spending more time with my Dad. I’m his only daughter, so it’s only fitting that we visit more often.

Here is a cute layout I did really quick. I plan on doing more!
